How we work
Four steps from enquiry to discharge
01
Enquiry & quote
Tell us the product, volume, delivery terms and destination port. We check the market and come back with a price and a shipment window.
02
Contract & payment
We agree the specification and terms, then sign. We work against letters of credit, documentary collection or advance payment — whatever suits your bank.
03
Shipment & freight
We book the vessel or containers and supervise loading. Quality and weight are confirmed by an independent surveyor before the cargo leaves port.
04
Documents
You receive the full set: bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificates of origin and quality, and phytosanitary paperwork.

We connect producer and buyer — and answer for everything in between
Boobix Group has been trading since 2016. We do not manufacture and we do not hold stock: our job is to find a dependable supplier, lock in a price on a volatile market and deliver the cargo to your warehouse with no surprises in the paperwork.
We buy across Asia, Africa and Latin America and supply the CIS, Europe and the Middle East. For edible oils we also run private label programmes — the same product, filled and labelled under your own brand — and alongside our commodity lines we handle general trading, so if a product is not on the list, describe it and we will check our channels.
